This site uses Paypal to securely processes your order, however, if you are concerned about sending personal information via the internet we would advise you to provide us with your details via the telephone and pay by cheque.
Jewellery items other than tiaras are sent via Royal Mail Special delivery and costs £7.50. Orders under £46 will be sent by 1st class post and costs £2.50. The delivery cost is added onto your order and is not included in the price of the items. Orders amounting to over £500 or those which include tiaras are sent via a reputable courier company and will incur a higher cost.
We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days of receipt provided the item is in stock. In most circumstances items which are in stock will be delivered quicker than this. If you need your order sooner than the stated time please contact us first to ensure your order can be completed within the timescale required. As items are sent via Royal Mail, orders should be placed before 20th December to guarantee delivery by Christmas day.
If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have up to 7 working days, to cancel your order. Please then return the products unused, in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from us and with the original packaging. Items must be returned via the same delivery method by which they were sent to you.
